- - 1/2 lb **salted salmon** or fresh, cured with sea salt
- - 2 **ripe tomatoes** diced
- - 1/2 **sweet onion** chopped
- - 2 **green onions** sliced
- - 1/2 cup **crushed ice**
- - Optional 1 tbsp **lime juice**, 1 **chili pepper**
