Ingredients

  • - 1/2 lb **salted salmon** or fresh, cured with sea salt
  • - 2 **ripe tomatoes** diced
  • - 1/2 **sweet onion** chopped
  • - 2 **green onions** sliced
  • - 1/2 cup **crushed ice**
  • - Optional 1 tbsp **lime juice**, 1 **chili pepper**

Instructions

  • **Prep the Salmon** – Rinse and dice salted salmon. If fresh, cure with salt for 4 hrs, then rinse and dice.
  • **Chop Ingredients** – Dice tomatoes, onions, and green onions.
  • **Mix & Massage** – Combine all in a bowl, gently massaging to blend flavors.
  • **Chill & Serve** – Add crushed ice, refrigerate 30 min, adjust seasoning, and serve chilled.
