- 2 lbs king salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika optional
- 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley chopped
- 1 lemon sliced (for garnish)
Pat the salmon dry and remove any bones.
