Instructions

Prep the Pistachios

  • Roughly chop half of the pistachios and leave the rest whole for decoration. This creates a satisfying texture with each bite.
  • Set them aside in a small bowl, ready for sprinkling.

Melt the Chocolate

  • Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.
  • Using a double boiler (or a bowl set over simmering water), gently melt the chocolate, stirring occasionally until smooth and glossy.
  • Add the butter (or cocoa butter) and continue stirring until fully incorporated.

Add the Pistachio Paste

  • Remove the chocolate from the heat and stir in the pistachio paste until the mixture is silky and uniform. This step infuses the chocolate with that rich, nutty flavor.

Pour and Spread

  • Line a rectangular mold or baking dish with parchment paper.
